Description

         When the remnant tube is a little longer than to-be-cut part, and the cutting head cannot reach to the last cutting path. In this case, we need to cut off remnant tube like 10mm tube.

Method 1

         Locate to Tube Front End+Tube Front Margin.

        In Locate to Tube Front End, type the length of remnant tube in Tube Front Margin.

        As the picture above, if the remnant length is 10mm, enter 10 mm in that blank.

Method 2

1. When the tube is square, rectangular, triangular, round or obround, it is possible to apply Quick Split to cut off the tube at current position.

2. When the tube is Angle Steel, C-shaped Steel or free-formed, you can set all cutting path as Does Not Process but the cut-off line as shown below.

        Set Y Work Mode as Float Mode, then start cutting at current position.
