What is CloudNest?

CloudNest is based on CypNest, which adds rich management functions and intelligent auxiliary features. Users of CypNest can directly upgrade to use cloud nesting for free!

You can use WeChat to log in to CloudNest, upload drawings, and process them into parts. It will automatically identify and filter parts with the same material and thickness, and output the nesting results with one click of “Boost”.

Major Features


Job Management

  • CloudNest introduces the concept of [Job].you can specify a batch of processing tasks as [Job], and use [Job] as the unit to nest and process, and follow up the processing progress of the entire [Job]. 
  • CloudNest divides the files into categories and stores them in the cloud in an orderly manner. You do not need to manage various tedious drawings, layouts and processing files locally.

Product Library

  • You can set a batch of parts as one [product] in CloudNest, and the number of parts in the [product] is fixed. When nesting and processing are needed, you can directly select [Product] to import the specified number of sets in batches.

Intelligent Analysis of Parts

  • When CloudNest imports drawings, it can intelligently analyze the remarks in the drawings to obtain information such as part name, material, thickness, quantity, and so on.

Parts Handling

  • Parts of different materials and thicknesses can be merged and imported at one time, and the screening can be completed with one click, and the nest can be separated.
  • Imported parts support batch modification, and the quantity can be expanded by multiples.

Sheet Management

  • CloudNest supports the establishment of [Sheet library] to manage commonly used plates and track and record the number of plates used.

  • with the “plate intelligent recommendation function”, according to the parts to be arranged, select the best plate combination from the existing plate library, Improve sheet utilization.

Remnant  Management

  • After nesting, the Remnant drawings are automatically generated according to the Remnant line, and the Remnant drawings are automatically stored in the [plate library] in the cloud, and the material and thickness are recorded at the same time, which can be used at any time to manage the remnant.

Revert Unused Plates

  • In the nesting task, the unnested sheets will be reverted all to the sheet library.

Report And Label Printing

  • Nesting provides various online report forms and label templates, as well as custom methods that everyone can learn, allowing users to easily edit and generate desired report templates.

Label Printing

  • Generate all parts labels from the nest results with one click, which can contain the location of the parts to help efficient posting.
  • The label format is flexible, and the label template can be easily custom.

Push Processing

  • Processing tasks can be pushed to any connected machines in the world.
